GYM REIMBURSEMENT

Our partnership with Independence Blue Cross also gives you access to a gym reimbursement. Here's how the program works:

Complete 120 workouts in a 365-day time period.

Record your workouts.

Submit your documentation and request your reimbursement.
No enrollment required. When you meet the eligibility requirements, you can simply submit your documentation online to request reimbursement.
No paper form to submit. You can save time and postage by logging on to the website to request your reimbursement quickly and securely.
