Eligibility
For Full-Time Employees: Full-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week are
eligible to enroll in the benefits described in this guide.
If you are a new hire, benefits are effective first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment (Crew Staff are eligible on their 90th day of employment). If you do not make elections during this time, you will not be able to make elections until the next Open Enrollment period or unless you have an eligible qualified life event.
ACA Qualified Full-Time Employees: ACA qualified full-time employees who are found to work 30+ hours on average
per week during the required lookback period are eligible to enroll in medical and dental benefits. The lookback
period runs on an annual basis and aligns with the 10/1 renewal.

If you don't enroll by the date when your benefits will go into effect, you will not have the opportunity to do so until
the next open enrollment period, unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.​

Your child(ren) up to age 26 including natural children, legally adopted children, and stepchildren

Your child(ren) over age 26 who are not able to support themselves due to a physical or mental disability
